While in Hollywood, Steven begins dating Tori Vega (Victoria Justice), a girl who goes to Hollywood Arts. Sam Puckett (Jenette McCurdy) begins to suspect that Steven is cheating on Carly after seeing a picture of him and Tori online. Meanwhile, Andre Harris (Leon Thomas III) is holding a small party at Kenan Thompson's house, using Kenan's permission. Kenan said Andre could have a small party which Andre thinks he means 25-40 people. Kenan though thinks that a big Party is at least 600 people. Rex Powers (Jake Farrow), who is Robbie Shapiro's (Matt Bennett]]) Puppet, sends out a mass tweet causing hundreds of people to attend the party. Since Tori and Steven attended the party, Carly and Sam decide to attend. They Bring Along their Tech producer, Freddie Benson (Nathan Kress), Their awkward friend, Gibby Gibson (Noah Munck), and Carly's big brother, Spencer Shay (Jerry Trainor). Meanwhile, Cat Valentine (Ariana Grande) has a throat problem. She sees a doctor and is told she cannot talk for about a week. She is given a text talker. She writes down something, and the microphone says it in a very manly voice. At the party, Carly finds out that Sam was right, and that Steven was cheating on Tori and herself. Meanwhile, Sikowitz (Eric Lange), tries to scare his student Beck Oliver (Avan Jogia), but then constantly succeeds in scaring all of his other students. Because Carly, Sam, Freddie, and Gibby are famous, they go to Spencer's ex-girlfriend to get a make-over to make them look ugly. Carly, Sam , and Freddie are all given amazing make-up, while Gibby is given just a hat and a fake mole. Meanwhile at the party, Spencer, Sikowitz, Beck, and Jade West (Elizabeth Gillies) sit in Kenan's Hot tub. Meanwhile, Trina Vega (Daniella Monet) is asked by her guidance counselour to babysit two kids. She really wants to go to the party, so she brings them along on a rope. She later gives the rope to Cat, so that she can go do other stuff. Cat later loses the kids and they go into the hot tub with Spencer, Sikowitz, Beck, and Jade. When Lane finds the children later on out on the street, they tell him everything. Lane gets mad at Trina. Once Carly, Sam, and Freddie find out that Steven was cheating, they tell Tori, who was given the exact same charm bracelet that Steven gave Carly. Steven spelled Tori's name Topi. Kenan later comes to the party and brings Andre a stuffed girraffe. They find out that a panda is going around and spanking people with a tennis racket and start to chase him around. The iCarly gang and Tori decide to trick Steven by doing an iCarly webcast. Tori texts him to come kiss her in the closet for their hundred-day kiss. When he arrives, Kenan Thompson blows a horn into Steven's ear, and they all embarass him so that he never has a girlfriend again. Meanwhile, Sam challenges Rex to a rap battle. Sam ends up beating Rex. At the end Cat starts singing, so that she can sing along with everyone else in Leave it All to Shine. Ariana Grande is and will always be better than Victoria.
